Why did my gold bars just disappear

Hello there.
On Fri, 16 August 2019 I had 37 gold bars that much I know then between the the 16 and 17 I had received 3 extra gold bars during the race now on the 17th at around 7pm I opened my game and started playing after a few rounds I had just noticed that all my gold bars are gone. I really don't know what happened, could someone please help.

Hi @tai_cha and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 I am sorry this happened to you. You should never lose the gold bars unless you purchase something. Please give me your game ID so our Community Manager can look into your account and tell you what is happening. If you don't know where to find it, follow the instructions on the link below.
