Hi @Emma_Dunnett - welcome to our friendly community. I’m am not aware of any ongoing issues with this recently. Can you confirm what type of device you play from and possibly show a screenshot?

@Elsa or @PummyRaj - have you heard of any of these issues?

i am using an iPhone and iPad for both games. I’ve made sure the WiFi connection is right but it still doesn’t work.

Yes I have!  The only solution is to uninstall and reinstall the game app.   But please be aware that if you do that any lives and boosters will be lost since they are only saved to the device.  Only the gold bars and progress will remain after a reinstall.

By installing do you mean just taking the game off the user interface or taking off by cancelling the app itself?

Sorry I meant to put uninstall!

Delete the app completely, clear out your history and then install the app again.  But maybe you should use your boosters before doing that.
