problems with the game

the game does not, I have updated and upgraded laptop is there not to. 
There's also see Annex, the issue is at stake. 
I have the game already removed and redone, but it does not help.

I'm sorry you are experiencing these issues. This is something we are indeed looking into as we speak and we are aware of how inconvenient the issue is.

Hi @Brink, where are you trying to play the game?  king.com?  Facebook?  Do you have Windows 10 on a computer because you can always play through the Kingdom.  Please give me more details.

@Elsa. I have high sierra {macbook pro} I play it for years on facebook but since a week or two can not. 
I sent a message to facebook but I get no response
everything is updated, but the real problem lies elsewhere. not with 
I removed the app once and reinstalled. 
But nothing help, I've also seen passing the problem on google. 
But other people who have the problem also, which have removed the game and gave up.

Hi @Brink, there is a Facebook glitch and we are waiting for them to resolve it.  The studio knows about this but Facebook has to fix it.
