candy crush saga não me deixa fazer login.

Boa tarde ,jogo o candy crush saga em vários dispositivos ,telemóvel ,tablet ,todos android e no portátil com windows ,acontece que há vários dias deixei de conseguir sincronizar o jogo e não consigo fazer login ,dá erro de conexão .Não tinha facebook e entrava com email ,agora já tenho facebook mas continua a não dar .
No tablet vou no nível 2395 e em dois dispositivos estou no 2380 sendo que um deles deixa fazer o login .
Não recebo vidas nem posso enviar ,não recebo bônus ,estou a jogar sozinho .
O que posso fazer ? Se remover o jogo no tablet volto para trás e não estou disposto a isso ,pelo menos se não houver outra solução.
Se me puderem ajudar agradeço .
