Is this still persisting? If yes, have you tried clearing the cache of your browser or a different one?You can download them from the following links:
- http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/upgrade.html
- https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html
- http://www.opera.com/computer
Note! If you're already playing in supported browser we still recommend trying another browser.

Thanks. (Had comcast here yesterday for another problem and he found that the connection form the main comcast site was very very loose. so far since he did that havent gotten the message so fingers crossed but in case get message again I will try your suggestions (I actually do clean out cache very often) Thanks for taking the time to reply0
