Lost levels

i was on level 1137 and lost my progress on my phone.  I was playing with face book.  It happened before but they came back.  My computer is up to date what happened to my phone.

Did this happened on an Apple device? If yes, try the following in order to get back on track:

- Disconnect the game from Facebook/King account (if connected).
- Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.
- Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari (Super Important).
- Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook/King account so your progress can sync.
