Why did I have to start again for the boosters?

I have been playing for over 200 days and I had to restart from one again 😩

I am ready to delete this game. Twice now I have had to start from day 1 I have been playing every single day I was up to over 360 days had to start over now again after a week back to day 1.
Why is this happening

Are you two playing via mobile device? This appears to be a common complaint.

I am sorry to hear that you have lost your Daily Bonus progress in your game!!  

There could be many reasons for us to loose the progress even-though we have log into the game everyday... starting from internet issues from our side and server issues either on King side or at our end!!  But, whatever the issue is, it is only the first week we will receive less amount of boosters.  From day 7, it is just the same as day 100 and higher.  

I am tagging our Soda Community Manager @Xarly to affirm this to you both

I'm sorry this happened but I want to confirm what @PummyRaj perfectly said: after day 7 rewards are as good as they were on day 200. Sadly we cannot restore that very admirable number but with 7 more days you will be back to getting free boosters that were just as good as they were back then.
