Lost my progress

Hi i lost my progress after updating my iphone to ios 13

Hi @mimo_a74, welcome to the community.  This is a glitch that just started.  We have created a list of players reporting this but then someone here found a fix so I would like you to please try it here.  Write back and let me know if it worked or if you still need help.  Also where are you playing the game - computer or mobile device?

I thought I lost my progress but didn’t.  When it made me log in, it used my work facebook page.  I changed to my personal facebook page and I’m back where I belong.

I reported it to the community manager so he should be checking into this tomorrow.

I’ve lost all my levels!! I was on 1789 now it started me back to 1!! What happened? I’m not starting all over!!!

I purchase gold bars every so often.  Lately when I add more lives, the bars are subtracted but my lives are not refilled.  This means that your game is stealing money from me and I don't appreciate it.  Solutions??

Não recebi o prêmio de ouro que me disseram que receberia se passasse as 40 fases em 3 dias pq?

Outra coisa não aparece os peixes pra mim no começo da missão mesmo eu tendo só aparece que eles foram colocados mas não aparecem
