Having Internet connection - (collecting information)!

All week it's told me I don't have an internet connection and I can't get my rewards or see progress in the race. Only happening with this game and no others. Please help

@CarolinaKong, sorry this is happening to your game

Since you mentioned having an Android, it's worth trying to clear the Google Play Store cache as well.

First, delete the game app and then reset the Settings in the Google Play Store app:

-Go to apps and find the app called 'Settings'
-Locate the menu called 'Apps' or 'Application Manager' depending on the device model
-Scroll down until you find the 'Google Play Store'
-From here click on 'Clear cache' then 'Uninstall updates’ and finally 'Clear data'. Please notice that you will get a warning when clicking the 'Clear data' button - don't worry as it's just a reset.

Restart the device and download the game again. Then open the game and reconnect it to your Facebook or King account to get back your played levels and Gold Bars.

Deleted and reinstalled the game. Still no internet connection and now I've lost my daily streak! Went from 122 days to 3! I'm about to delete the game permanently and will never play again. Android phone. Soda is the only game with the problem.

I'm on an old windows 8 pc. Everything else works except this one game. Plenty of other games out there that work correctly all the time.

Sooo. I did the reinstallation. And lots 4 levels? Can I get back to where I were?

I have a screenshot showing where I am in the game. So if I unistall the Soda app game, isthere anyway I can get help to retrieve my game arter er installing the app if its not working?

It will go back to your level once you sign back in with Facebook. It connected me back to my level but that's it

thank you, I had to uninstall all king games and reinstall but all progress came back and all is working fine

Oh, so you have this issue on 2 different games 🤔

Have you tried reinstalling the game app? I was able to locate your game record so all you need to do once you have deleted the game app and installed it back again, is to connect it to King account using this email address: xxxxxxpman@gmail.com.

This will allow you to sync your game again and hopefully, the issue will be solved as well.

NOTE! Regrettably, you will lose any saved boosters and messages. I would recommend using these up before re-installing, if possible.

Thanks for your reply, i am using an IOS device.
I do not have a facebook account i always log in through my king account.
I have followed the above steps and cleared the cache. I restarted my iPad and still nothing.
I can log into my king account through safari but the app just keeps saying connection error.
I also cannot log in to my king account through the app because of the connection error.
We have lost a weeks worth of rewards here

Still having problems saying no internet conection and i cant do the race or even collect prizes and its not just this game its all my candy crush games by king i love playing the games please help and i guess it did happen after my upgrade and i have a android phone

I have the same issues today 10/8/19. After updating to the latest iOS update on iPad, the game is telling me I have no internet. I do have it as I’m able to stream and get/send emails. Must be related to iOS update?? It worked fine right before the update...

For over a week it's saying I have no internet collection. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game but still no luck and won't let me sign in thru Facebook. Anyone know what's happening I'm losing all my rewards
