Candy Crush store unavailable

Using windows 10 pc, purchased bars from store.  Unable to use them as it has been telling me for the last 3 days store unavailable.  Everything else is working

I need to confirm if you're having this issue while playing trough Microsoft Store or are you playing on Facebook?

In this case, you'll have to reinstall the game app. It usually fixes most issues. Simply make sure before reinstalling that your game progress is backed up via Facebook or the Kingdom.

Please also note that any boosters or extra lives stored in the game may also be lost during this process.

1. Press the Windows button on your device or keyboard, or select the Windows icon in the lower-left corner of the main screen.
2. Select All Apps, and then find your game in the list.
3. Right-click the game tile, and then select Uninstall.
4. Follow the steps to uninstall the game.
5. To reinstall your game, open the Store app, and then select the profile button.

Once done, search for the game and install it back again and see if you're able to connect.
