I've sent messages regarding my situation but it always comes back with an automated message that has nothing to do with what I'm asking my Gold Bars were accidentally spent and I'm trying to get 10 of them back it takes a long time to add those up it would be nice if they would replace my 10 gold bars and due to me being half-blind it would be nice if they did a double tap just like Hay Day for the purchase of diamonds to some degree I feel like my gold bars were completely stolen

If you've received an automated response it might be that they are busy however not to worry as I was able to locate your message though Player Support and you should now have your 10 Gold bars back in your game.
Please note that this is a one-off exception and we won't be able to compensate you again for this type of issue in the future.
