Purchased and then no more levels

I purchased the 99.99 package of coins, helps, etc...  I got through about 5 levels when I realized that more levels are under construction.  With my purchase I received 72 hours for helps, and 24 hours for unlimited lives.  I was unable to use a majority of that.  How do I get a refund or make sure it is still there when new levels are available.  Obviously I'm a loyal customer.  I've played ALL the levels and by helps ALL the time!  :-)
