Connection and progression problems

Hi, im at level 1439 and i bought a new tablet. When i try to put the game at the same level i am, it only brings ms to level 944. Plus it seems im not connected cause i cant send or ask for life .

Hi @dansq!

If you still have access to the game on your old device, can you make sure that one is connected to Facebook? Once you've confirmed the game is connected, reconnect the game from your new device to Facebook and see if it syncs.

If not, can you please get back to me with the User ID from your new device? This link will help you find it.
