Reset to level 1 - no account

My CS soda on iPhone has reset to level 1. I was nearly at 2000 and have been playing for at least 4 years. I have never logged in via Facebook or made an account in that time. I have switched phones, upgraded software multiple times and never had this issue. Is there any hope at getting it back?

Hi @Bumblebeecricket and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 I am sincerely sorry that this has happened to you. The best way to save your game is to connect it to a Facebook or a King account. Just for the future record, do this and your progress will be automatically saved.

Fill in all the required information and make sure that you are choosing the correct topic (Problems with my game) and subtopic (Game didn't save). Once you fill it in, you will receive an automated email message. You need to reply to that message in order for the team to reach you. If you don't reply to it, they won't reach you at all.

To look into your account they will ask you for your game ID. If you don't know where to find it, follow the instructions on the link below.
