Lost 10 gold bars and did not receive 5 extra moves. How to recover my good bars?

While playing Level 2166, I wanted additional moves. It took 10 gold bars but didn't give me my 5 additional moves. Also supposed to get 30 min of life. What happened to my gold bars?
