Were you playing the game through Facebook or King because they save your progress on their server.  Please give me more information so that I can direct you further.

Hi and thank you for having me in this cute community 😁😍 i just need help on how to get back my husband's level (around 1000) because the levels score disappear after he tried connecting to fb.. he didnt log in to kingdom account while playing 😥 his username is medaikki. Thanks a lot for your attention 😇

Hi @medaikki, if he wasn't playing through Facebook or the Kingdom then he needs to set up an account with either one of them because they save his progress on their server.  Please follow the steps on how to get your progress back here.
