It's been a few months and I haven't been getting the bubblegum hill crown on my device. I've missed out on collecting bars and lollipops. Everyone in my family has been getting it but me.

I was told a while ago that everyone should be getting Bubblegum Hill.  It only appears during the weekend.  Where are you playing the game - computer or mobile?  You have to be playing through either platform in order to get any of the events but they are usually available on mobile devices or through Windows 10.

Thank you... I do play the game on my phone. I haven't received the bubblegum hill in well over 2 months. I was disappointed as I like to use this time to collect bars and lollipops. I know have received the bubblegum hill on my phone.

Are you logging into Facebook or King?  That's the only way that you will see these events.

Hi I'm logging in on king and I'm still not getting it. It's really upsetting as I am unable to collect bars or lollipops. I don't want to delete the game but I'm getting upset that everyone has been able to get it around me.

This has often been said that every BGH should have. I can say that's not true. Since I have no BGH. I had never seen one with me and let alone played. That would have to be investigated. @Xarly knows about this problem.

I used to get it always now nothing at all. It's annoying.
