Boosters opportunities on iPad?

Why aren’t there as many booster videos, extra moves, etc on my iPad version of the game as on my iPhone?  I have a current OS so that shouldn’t impact it.

I think that these are not synced so you can get an event on one mobile and not another.  It has happened in my game.  I think it's like that with my other King games too.  I am just happy if I can get it on one of my devices.
