Missing unlimited lives

I purchased a package that included unlimited lives for a number of hours I got everything but the extra lives are unlimited lives for a certain amount of time.

Hi @Mamamiadrea and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 If I understand well, your purchase went well. What bothers you is that you got unlimited hours for a certain amount of time, right? Just for the record, the counting for the unlimited lives starts as soon as you purchase them or earn them through rewards.

No the problems was that I didn't get the unlimited lives for a certain number of hours. I had gotten everything else BUT the extra lives.
