Can’t find my FB friends to send or receive lives from.

I have followed all the connection directions provide.  It says I’m signed in through FB.  However I cannot connect to any of my FB friends.

Is the list you get up to send or receive lives empty? Do you get any error message when trying to send or receive lives? 

Which device are you playing on, Apple or Android device?

Yes the friend list is empty when I pull it up to send or receive messages.  I don’t get an error message.  I’m using an Apple device.

So there is an issue with Candy Crush Jelly Saga which is currently being investigated, just to make sure we have the same game as we haven't had this reported in Soda game, can you guys send me a screenshot of the empty friends list so I have something to show to the studio?

Since you're on Apple device, can you try the following please:

- Disconnect the game from Facebook/King account (if connected).
- Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.
- Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari (Super Important).
- Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook/King account so your progress can sync.
