Hello i bought the 8.99 package and didnt get it right away. It took hours. Then when i try to buy extra moves it was just a loading icon. I have to reset the game every time. It is still taking the gold with no extra moves. I want my money back. This is the worse game i have ever dealt with. I am not happy at all

It is likely that your game is not fully connected to the server, or your Internet is slow. Right now, I'm asking you to check the steps below. Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
If the problem is the same, or the item you have purchased does not return then  you will need to click on it and follow the steps. Because we don't handle purchase issues in the community.
