Why is bubble gum hill blocked?

I won bubble gum hill and now I can't play no more, you say you're preparing mt reward but it is  blocked for more than
 2 hours now!

Since the event is over now, we don't have access to check and see what may have happened. I will, however, pass on the feedback to the Studio so they can keep an eye on this during the next even.
