My Game has gone back to the beginning

After reloading Candy Crush Soda Saga onto my reinstalled Microsoft Office 10 it has gone back to the beginning however I am actually on Game 2754, please could you rectify this.  Many thanks

So let me make sure I understand the issue, you have downloaded the game on your PC from Microsoft Store? Did you remember to connect the game app to Facebook so your progress can sync?

I have the same issue as Den123.  It only happens when I play via Facebook Gameroom.  If played on Facebook, I'm at the correct level.

After changing my passwords Candy Crush Soda goes back to the beginning. I work my way back to the 105 level, it won't stay there

I have the same problem after change password lost all levels, now level 2 and I was above 1000

@Domiverf, @gayleosburn and @Baxter, when you change password, you need to make sure that all devices that have the game installed get updated with the new password. 

All you need to do is, disconnect the game app or delete the Facebook app, connect or install the app and sign using the new password.
