We need more details to be able to help. How much have you lost, was it purchased?

Do you play on mobile and are you the only one that has access to the game? Also, are you sure you're connected to the right account if you happen to have more than 1 account?

Have you by any chance contacted Player Support for them to have a look at your game records?
