3.99 package

Hi I bought the 3.99 package and i had my free hour of helps . I was then left with one of.each helps i upgraded my phone today and signed.back in by face book all.my helps have gone I would expected them.to still be there ive paid for them .
Please advise me.id iam.going to get them.put back please
