I lost all my helpers I collected !!

I play both candy crush and candy crush saga. A serious player who have play ur game more than 6 years! 

Recently, I bought a new phone and I downloaded my favorite games to play as usual... just to find out that almost 200 helper i.e candy, chocolate ball from all those years are gone....

First week of using new phone, i thought it just takes time but yet, i still didn’t have it. 

I connected both games with my Facebook account, so please check and return my rewards asap. (My fb account : Gift Chatcharee)

Hello @cdgifted, welcome to our wonderful community.  I am so glad you are having so much fun playing the games.  Unfortunately all your saved boosters (and lives)  are saved locally in the device you are playing on and cannot be transferred to a new device. I have heard that sometimes someone is successful in keeping them by saving them in the 'cloud' (for IOS) but the general rule is - when transferring to a new device - you will lose all saved boosters and lives - which is why we recommend using as many of them up as possible before you transfer to the new device.

The same thing will happen if you de-install the app and then reinstall it.
