I moved your comment to the Candy Soda Support pages since you play that game.
Two game accounts cannot be separated after they have been merged I'm afraid. If this happened, then you will need to create a new account with another email if you want also play on an separate account.
If you lost any purchased Boosters, then please email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center to get them replaced. Please note that free items do not get compensated or refunded.
I have problem with my King Account.
1.My Account Accidentally Merged with Another Email Account & I lost my All Rewards including
Lollipop Hammer = 23
Free Switch = 11+, on Candy Crush Soda Saga
& Also lost Weekly Race Rewards on *** & this account now Connected to another Email ***
2. When i log into my account on Game ID 11137425046 & Changing something on this that will change & affect on this email Game ID 11743362775
This Two Email Account Accidentally connected with each other, please remove the Connection between this 2 Account & Separate this Account like before had. This same problem happening in Candy Crush Saga & Soda Saga

I have some rewards to claim but every time I tap on the claim box the whole image shakes and the reward does not activate. I have updated the game but this did not help.
