After Some time Relogin.

Very sorry about your missing reward, but unfortunately community can not help you here in getting your missing rewards but we can guide you to the correct forum. Please contact directly to player support from your game and they have your game history. So i hope they will take an action in your favour.
Have you try another tile to see if it works? There might be a glitch or two.
@chasb62 Hi and welcome, Please check for a game update and log out and restart your device. then log backi in. Also if playing through an internet browser. Please clear the cache / History. See if this solves your problem.
If the issue still continues please contact customer support from your game and explain your issue and they should help you with this.
