Not receiving Lives from my mates or friends anymore

I never receive lives from my team mates of from ‘friends’ anymore...

I switched teams, and joined one that is very active. I know people are playing because they ask me for lives and I send them.

Very rarely do I even get a free life from a team mate and even when I do, it never actually loads.

I can’t be the only one who’s been experiencing this!

@lilikoikisses Hi and welcome, there are a few issues regarding this that i believe are being looked into at present. only thing i can suggest is try adding more friends through facebook groups or add friends through email on the king.com game

Yes you are absolutely right we are having inquiries on this topic from some other players as well please do the standard troubleshooting by log out, update your game application, Restart your device, clear cache/history in case you are using a browser and log in again.

And as freddy suggested above try to add some active players from facebook groups.

Script answers to problems does not solve problems!!!!! We've been complaining about lives not being received forever, and they soothe us with the idea that it's been looked into, and then we are told the Facebook issue on lives and friends were fixed........ WHAT ABOUT THE REST OF IT???????
