I got golden offer and I bought it.The money has been deducted from my Microsoft account, but offer is not in my candy account and when I want to buy it again, it says already own this. I play candy crush with Win10.

@Nilo0 Hi and welcome, its a free game so may just be an add on would install it and see if what you purchased shows up. after installation make sure you restart your device
I deleted candy crush soda saga game and installed both versions of them(candy crush soda saga and candy crush saga), then restarted my laptop and logged in to my account in both game, but nothing happened.
To buy this gold offer, it was automatically connected to the My Microsoft account and nothing happened after deducting the money. After trying to repurchase my Microsoft account says it was purchased.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
The offer you bought was an app purchase that was only available to new players. It was a game package which means that new players will get the app with the package as soon as they install the game.

by the way, after trying to fix this and log out from my account and reinstall CC Soda Saga, I lost all booster I had!!!!😥
