I can receive lives, but then they disappear. It use to give you at least one but now nothing. I'm being cheated out of lives. How don't you get them back? When will this issue be fixed?

I have played Candy Crush Saga, but hate the bombs😁,they make me very anxious,and nervous, and wasn't fun anymore. Plus, I logged in one day, and was back to zero. Out of frustration from not receiving replies fromm support, losing my progress, and the bombs, I lost interest. The same with Candy Crush Friends, and with that one,I only had vertical mode. That is too difficult for me because, I can't hold my tablet up that long. Candy Crush Soda, has become as frustrating as Saga. Playing against the queen, and the other guy, just isn't fun! To stay on a level with them over,and over again, is just too annoying!😶 It's gone now too! Thanks for your help though 😉

Sorry if I posted in the wrong section! I find it very confusing here, even trying to make a post! When I finally found something related to lives, I wrongly assumed that I could ask here. I will continue to read guides, and hopefullybe able to follow all rules.
Thank you for your help with this. It is so frustrating 30 minutes one day, 15 the next, then just the 5! Is it to force players to purchase time? I'm disabled, on a fixed income, and I can't afford to buy. If I could, I would be able to play online casinos for real money. I used to love playing here, now I'm only able to play for a very short time! I wish they would restore the 30 minutes too! My game is updated. Thankfully, the horizontal feature is back! Beautiful picture!

@jaclac_ I also hope that they change it back, 15 of unlimited lives is not enough when I'm used to 30 minutes. Hopefully they will change it back. But I think this change doesn't happen to all players. They claim to be testing things.....testing how to piss off the players.LOL.

I think their team is still testing this new event and selecting some players only who have this feature before it changed.

The lives issue has been fixed back. Please do the standard troubleshooting by Log out, update your game application, Restart your device and login again and check if it helps you.

Hi, before the tests started, on Candy Crush Soda we received 30 minutes of free play, and a new booster good for 2 hours. Then then free play was reduced to 15 minutes, now none, and the booster is reduced to 1 hour. Will thiis change back?
