BGH is one of the favourite event but unfortunately it is still monitored by studios and awarded to a small group of players called test group. We are hoping that soon it will be provided on bigger scale.
My favorite topic BGH! I think they forgot about us. They claim that it is still in testing phase. Very long testing phase. It seems like we are never going to get it. But I'm still hopeful.🙄

@LindaRauenzahn Hi and welcome . BGH has been returned to the game but as its a bonus feature it is not always guaranteed to be in your game. The feature is given to randomly selected groups of people so it could mean your just not in that group at present but you could be again in the future.
To make sure you are getting the features available to you always make sure your game is up to date and log out and restart your device, then log back in.

Both of my Android phones show “Bakery – Starting Soon” in Candy Crush Soda Saga. The game is fully up to date and we are online, but the Bakery event does not start on either device. What is causing this issue? Is the event currently disabled or delayed on the server side?
I have some rewards to claim but every time I tap on the claim box the whole image shakes and the reward does not activate. I have updated the game but this did not help.
