The only way to get your missing reward is through player support. Please go to settings of your game application and contact player support about this issue. By contacting direct will give access to the player support of the required game data and hopefully they will take a positive action in your favour.

Please try checking your game is upto date and log out and restart your device, then log back in and see if it resolves your issue
For any missing rewards please contact customer support from your game go to settings and send them an email and they should help you with this
