why can't we just automatically get badges when we've earned them? I have tried to claim badges several times and it has never worked. plus this community page is confusing. don't make us jump through hoops to get awards that we have earned with time and money spent on your game.

I am so disdisappointed in this game now. You report an issue and the onus is all on you to prove it. They make it so difficult tto resolve you givgive up. Tired of being ripped and paying for it. Game is too hard to play now without paying and then you get screwed. Thanks king and your ai bs.
