Hi,
Every time I click on the purple Movie icon, to get a boost, the game crashes. I'm currently on level 985 but it happened on the previous one so I don't think it's that...
There seems to be a problem with the last update. Hopefully there will be a fix soon. Good Luck!
Hello @zabadak I sometimes experience that too. I recommend to check if your device has enough free memory..this game wants 2GB. And I'd wait a few seconds more after the ads ends before you click X. It might be loading issues. I hope that helps. Happy Crushing!

Will se if can get video as its getting worse normally views some videos the goes to the one that crashes it for a few hours. Then eventually back to one's that don't. If I reset the game data and login again it fixes it temporarily. But I loose lollypop bones etc

@mariamack Hi and welcome, this issue is known and is currently being investigated but we have time frame for a fix for this at present
Please keep you game up to date and make sure you have 2gb of free space. if playing via an internet browser clear your cache and then sign out and restart your device . log back in and see if this solves your issue
If not you will have to be patient and hopefully a fix is found for this soon

Make also sure that the app is updated and also your Android system is updated to latest available version, but at least Android 5 is required.

It won't even show it crashes as soon as I press the bonus watch ad button. I'll keep a note of what it shows if you like but the one that crashes it numerous times in a row till the next good one working.

Hi, I have 4.2Gb memory free but it's still happening.

Yeah my s20 has plenty of memory free and closed all other apps. Cleared game data and re logged in fixed it for a few days last time . But loose all bonuses etc sadly.

It looks like you're having a similar issue. I know it's frustrating, so let's try to solve it now! @ipete 's point is important, so can you both please make sure you have enough free memory in your device? As he says, the game needs 2GB at least to work correctly. ☺️

@tbsnc99 Hi and welcome, i have seen a few reports of ads crashing and if you have done the standard troubleshooting tips there is not much that you can do

Hello, watching the ad for pre-game booster or at the end of game for lives is a bonus feature. Just make sure u watch the entire ad and don't close it midway so it doesn't keep crashing everytime. Apart from that u can also try what the expert suggested above.

Please check both your game and device are up to date and your device has have 2gb of storage available. Log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue
If not please let us know if this is happening on every ad or just certain ads and if possible let us know which ads

Also the video ad feature is still a test feature that means it's still not complete to be fixed to everyone on this game mostly.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.
