No, Arabic and Russian are not supported on candy crush soda saga yet. Turkish is 👍️
The list of windows 10 agrees with this. Furthermore, it shows 3 asian languages: Japanese, Korean and Chinese (I don't know which type, sorry) but it doesn't show Thai.
The list on App Store (Apple) I shared HERE does include Thai already.

I only looked through this on the PC. I don't know how it is in the games, nor where to look. I don't know on the tablet either. No idea. I'm not a technick freak.

I think it could be Irish - Ireland. Even if they partly speak English. But Irish is a unified language.

yes this list you copied here is from App Store (Apple) and is the same I shared a few days ago and the one I was talking about in my comments. I found it on the internet too. It already includes Thai. But even Arabic and Russian are missing. App Store (Apple) is only for Iphone and Ipads and not Windows or Amazon apps.
Windows 10 has its own store and it's called Microsoft Store, since you said Arabic and Russian should be there too, I opened it and checked. Those languages cannot be found yet. I was only trying to say this 😀

I was about to do all of the Microsoft Store. But there are very many. I leave it. There is a lot of Arabic and Russian in it.
