I'm not sure whether you can use that gift card to purchase in-app items. You may visit this site outside of King for more details on how to use the Google Play gift card.
Ideally, you should contact Google Play customer support for missing balance. If they re-direct you back to King, then please email your issue to King Support team here.

- close session. - clear cache - reboot device - log in.
Sometimes they are simple temporary problems or a small delay in the system and by taking the indicated steps it is solved. If not, you should contact the support of the platform on which you made your purchase.

Both of my Android phones show βBakery β Starting Soonβ in Candy Crush Soda Saga. The game is fully up to date and we are online, but the Bakery event does not start on either device. What is causing this issue? Is the event currently disabled or delayed on the server side?
I have some rewards to claim but every time I tap on the claim box the whole image shakes and the reward does not activate. I have updated the game but this did not help.
