Did you try to change your browser?
King advises to use Chrome browser but you could try Mozilla firefox as well.
Also, did you check for browser updates?

I’m having a problem as I paid for extra prizes, and received them for level 1 and 2, but as you can see I was locked out of receiving the prizes I won. I’d really like my prizes since I paid for them

I got it working last night. I had to sign into my King account to get it to connect to Facebook and keep progress. Candy Crush worked right away, but this one gave me fits. All good now :)
