Can't connect to internet

I have been unable to connect to the internet with Candy Crush Soda for 2 days on my iPad. It's working fine on my iPhone. Error message "There was a connection error . Try again in a bit". I've tried the suggestions I've found here, restarting iPad, clearing cache and updating the game and my iPad. I've tried connecting with Facebook, Apple and King. What else can I do?

    Hello and welcome to the Community @tigerwillie I am very sorry to hear you can’t connect with your iPad 😕

    You are saying you don’t have problems with your iPhone. How do you log in on your iPhone? Do you use a King or Facebook account? Did you try to log in with the same account you’re using on iPhone?

    You can try this, sometimes it will work: Game is closed, force close all apps, turn off all WiFi connections, turn off mobile data, etc. that there is no internet connection. Then try to open the game; the application will tell you that there is no connection. So turn on your internet connection, either data or wifi, but with the game open. See if you can log in.

    Do you have at least 2GB free memory storage?

    If this doesn’t work, can you tell me what kind of iPad do you play?

    Which model?

    Which iOS version an d which game version?

    What is your game id? To find your game id:

    • Open the game app and select Profile.
    • Double-tap on the King logo and voilà, the logo should disappear to reveal your Game ID.

    I tried all this and still getting no connection issues on iPad only. Just updated the App too and nothing works. On iPhone works fine, updated the password on iPhone a few days ago and maybe that is the problem. Not able to log out of App on iPad because it says there is no internet connection to log out.
