If you commented on a discussion of this forum, it's possible for you to customize your notifications preferences and stop getting emails from discussions you commented on/created/bookmarked etc

As mentioned by @simplyP, please visit your community profile to customize your preferences. Click on your community avatar on your right/edit profile/notifications preferences
