Why dont i get free lives anymore
I recently saved my progress and now all my friends are gone and I can’t get or receive lives anymore.
My issue was ads freezing which ate up my gold bars replaying a board I only needed one move to win. 😫

Can you tell me what further explanation you want? This is what it is, we can't force anything in order to receive advertisements.
And about your missing gold bars, you should contact Player Support as I mentioned above. They can look into your account, we in the Community cannot do this due to privacy data.

If you saved your game with a King of Facebook account, your gold bars are registered on the servers and will not disappear. Have you tried logging in again?
Please close the game app, restart your device and log into the game. You should see your gold bars back now.
If not, please contact Player Support. If you happen to play on a mobile device or Windows app, you can contact directly from the device:
- Open the game app —> tap on the blue gear
- Tap on the ? mark
- Tap on Purchases and Gold Bars
- Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Contact Us"

As for the ads; The video advertising feature, like all advertising and promotional features, is still a test feature in the game. Therefore, video ads are not always available and not found in all players' games or on all devices.
So if you are missing the ads in your game right now, make sure you have the latest update and hopefully ads will be back in your game soon.

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
