Characters moving too fast

Since the last update I did to the app, everytime I try to make a move the characters move faster then usual. I have followed the troubleshooting steps suggested by automated e-mails sent to me after contacting customer care but nothing seems to be making the difference. Clearly the tech team needs to check for any bugs as this wasn't the case before the update. I have more than 2GB of free space on my device and the system is up to date. Customer care keeps sending the same robotic e-mail without a real resolution.

After many players' opinions that the game would be too slow, the Studio decided to change the game speed. It's not possible to choose another speed, sorry.

So it's the new update you are saying? The customer care was suggesting all sorts of troubleshooting steps. So they have no idea what they're doing 🤔

I don't know if FHS has gotten fast game play. This does indeed apply to CCSS. Let me tag the moderators of your game just to be sure.

Yeah! FHS has “fast game play” now - but in “testing mode”. And the farmers who has the feature are not liking it at all 🤔

Sometimes the studio doesn't always update the customer service centre early enough when its a testing feature. Otherwise they wouldn't be able to keep up 🤗
