Overall Season Winners, in this case Bubblegum Team, win 2 weeks of +1 bonus life. So instead of having the usual 5 lives, they get 6 lives for a period of time
Does anything happen if you win battle season

Battle season theme map should be available to all players, if you don't see it then you should check for app updates 🙂
Do you mean the season pass event with quests to complete? An event may not be available to all players at the same time, it can happen as Soda Studio spreads out features to different groups of players.
Though, did you try troubleshooting to see if it helps?

If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data
