I had a problem with the game

I was playing, I had run out of moves and I decided to watch 3 advertising videos for more moves, everything was going well until the moment they had to give me the reward, the screen froze and it wouldn't let me select anything, the only solution was to exit the game, I lost lives, rewards and a match I was about to win, this is just a complaint, I don't want anything in return. I have proof of what happened, I hope they fix that

I’m sorry to hear this. When viewing the ads, make sure that you don't close the ad before it ends as it may cause problems like freeze, black screen, etc.

Also check if your Internet connectivity is stable and check if the game needs to be updated.
