Candy Crush Soda Saga

I have been playing CandyCrush Soda Crush for a few years now and yet, I don’t understand why it continues to bump me back down to day one for days played in a row. I played an hour ago and was at day 45 plus and yet, I just opened the game and was once AGAIN bumped down to day 1. Like what the Hell?!?!! This is the fourth time it’s done this and I’m really starting to get pissed off.

I’m sorry to hear this.

We have forwarded this to the Studio and they are investigating what could be the reason why this sometimes happens. You could do the standard troubleshooting, sometimes this can help too: provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data  that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.

Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)

Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

I will also inform the CM, but I need some information from you 🙂

Can you tell me what device you are playing the game on? Make and model ( For Android Settings- About Phone - (for example Model number SM-695F) For iPhone Settings -General -About - (for example Model number MRY42QL/A) )

Also, what is your Game ID? Tap or click HERE how to find
