I have not been able to participate in a race with teammates for several months. I have only played against myself but I have no opportunity to win gold bars.
Hello @truman Which race do you mean? Episode race, or Weekly race? Don’t you see your teammates anymore?
I would contact king. They email responses pretty quickly. Go in the game under settings all the way down it says contact us. I had an issue and they helped me right away. Good luck

I am playing candy crush soda on my laptop, and thanks for the information.
I believe it is the episode races if you mean that they go continuously to the next race once you reach the finish line.
I’ve asked around and it turns out that a group of players are currently out of Episode Race, sorry. Can you tell me what device you are playing the game on? Are you playing on a mobile device or laptop/PC?
Thanks for the feedback, I did not reinstall Soda but I noticed after several levels that I was not in a race with my teammates. Usually, there are twelve to fifteen levels per race to reach the finish line. Now, there is no race, no booster, and no gold bars and I have passed at least fifty levels in the last two months and only have gained one gold bar.
I don't have the episode race now, since i re-installed Soda. So not only did I loose all my boosters, I also lost all the lives acquired over the past few months, and no episode race. Also the Rescue buddies still don't recognise any games won. But, the weekend is upon us, so I suppose nothing will change :(
