I could not complete my purchase for a 99 cent boost because King.com would not accept my password. So I selected Forgot Password to reset it. Then I was sent a link to my email to get my new password. So when I opened the link and typed in my new password in the page that came up, It didn't go through. What's the problem?

Sometimes it helps to use a different browser to submit a change; Chrome is recommended by King. You can read 👉 here in the HelpCenter how to change your login details.

If you still have problems with your password, it is best to contact King Player Support.

How to contact Player Support from your game:

- Open the game app —> tap on the blue gear

- Tap on the ? mark

- Tap on “My Profile”

-  Tap on “How do I change my King account password …..”

- Scroll down to the bottom and tap  "Contact Us"
