Hi all: I play CC soda on 2 different laptops. Both are signed in through FB. One laptop is at one level and the other is at another level. Any suggestions on how I can sync them to same level? TIA

I got an answer. The Studio said it could be due to the pre-released levels not syncing properly, but I still don't know why they don't sync properly, sorry.
If you uninstall and reinstall (just the game that doesn’t sync) you will lose your boosters, as they are stored in your device’s memory! When it is recommended to uninstall and reinstall, I hope if you decide to do so, it can solve your sync problem.

@Yosca. I play on an Ipad, Iphone and two laptops. At level 10945 (the last level on ipad and iphone for now) I started playing again on the laptops. I played 10946, 10947 and 10948 on 1 laptop. When I went to the 2nd laptop which is also signed in through FB, I was still at level 10946 on that laptop. So I have to play each level twice for it to count on both laptops. Please let me know if this can be fixed. Thank you for your assistance with this. Truly appreciate.

Can you tell me on which devices you are playing the game? In addition, I would like to know at what level the different devices show your game. I need all this info so the CM can check your game.

Sorry to hear this @Tricia55 Are both devices on the same latest game and device updates?
Let’s try again:
log out from both Facebook account on both devices
force close the apps and restart both devices
check if any updates are available and update the app on both devices
open the game on the device where you are on the correct level and connect it to Facebook
then open it on the other device and connect it as well to your Facebook account
Please first try these steps. If both devices are still not synced, can you tell me what your game ID is, 👉 here is how to find on Facebook and on which devices (make and model number) you play the game?

When using the same account credentials you’re progress should be at the same level; if not, you have a sync issue.
Please try the following steps:
Log out of your account via the Settings menu.
Close the app.
Turn your device off.
Wait for 10 seconds.
Switch your device back on again.
Reopen the app and log back into your account.
Note: do not uninstall your game! When you do that you will lose all boosters as they are stored on your device's memory!
