I cannot find a way to contact customer support for this game. I have been playing it for years and they used to have customer support. I would really appreciste it if someone could help me contact them. I use the contact us button, fill out the form and get "something went wrong - please try sending again" over and over again

It's still possible to contact King Player Support directly from Soda app. Certain connection issues might compromise the app and make it offline so unable to reach out to Support, however you reported you reinstalled the app in the other thread.

Are you unable to contact them even after reinstalling it?

Contacting Support directly from the app is usually preferred as they retrieve data from the app that might be important for diagnostics.

After contacting them you should receive a first automatic email that might end up in a separate folder of your inbox like advertisements space, spam etc
