Ongoing issue on Apple iOS: What to do if my game crashes!
We've been informed that some players are recently experiencing crashing issues in their games.
This is caused by a change in Apple's change in some of its software versions (affected versions: 15.6, 15.6.1, 15.7, 15.7.1, 15.7.2)
But don't worry- here's how you can fix the problem and get back to your game:
- Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
- Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
- Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
- If you see more than one software update option available, choose 15.7.3, 16.0 or higher
- Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now.

I can’t get the game to load completely, it starts to and then it freezes. I have IOS 16.4.1

I updated and it’s still not working. It continually freezes. I have lost big rewards for the last couple days because of it. This might be the end of the game for me

My fish keep freezing which slows the game down and is completely frustrating.
